Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a non profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to premier medical, dental and behavioral health services for people of all ages.
We provide primary care services to low-income, uninsured and underinsured working families (as well as others with access barriers) within the Pikes Peak Region through fourteen outpatient centers at eleven locations. Peak Vista has been a key healthcare resource since 1971 and we continue that commitment with over 50 medical and dental providers today. In 2005, Peak Vista gained accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc (AAAHC).
