Peak Vista’s Health Education Department works in collaboration with Peak Vista providers to offer individualized education for patients who are referred. Health education is provided by Registered Nurses and Registered Dietitians who are available to all registered Peak Vista patients at several locations, including our Family Health Center at Union.  The Health Education Department provides group classes and individual appointments on a variety of topics including:

• Nutrition
• Weight management
• Chronic disease management
• Including diabetes
• Heart disease
• Asthma
