Peak Vista has 16 outpatient centers which serve people of all ages throughout El Paso and Teller counties. Peak Vista provides medical, dental and behavioral health services with quality and dignity. Peak Vista, Pikes Peak Mental Health
and the CU Aging Center have established a collaborative partnership to provide an integrated healthcare program that co-locates both physical and behavioral health services at Peak Vista.
